Crispy and salty Sourdough Flatbread Chips are the perfect snack! Made with homemade sourdough flatbread, dressed in olive oil and seasoning, and then baked to that perfect crunch. Serve with your favorite dip, like homemade hummus.

2 Sourdough Flatbreads
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Spray a light coating of cooking oil on top.
Cut the sourdough flatbreads into triangle pieces with kitchen scissors. Try your best to keep them close in sizing for even baking.
Place the sourdough flatbread triangles in a large bowl with the olive oil, clove of minced garlic, salt, and za'atar seasoning. Toss them well until the seasoning is evenly coated.
In an even layer, spread the sourdough flatbread on a baking sheet. Place in the hot oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. If you prefer an extra crispy chip, bake for extra time.
Serve warm with your favorite dip and enjoy!
